Smart Girls love teamwork: they understand that it’s what makes the world go ‘round and helps everyone involved become successful. We’re all about celebrating the things that make ourselves unique; the qualities that might make us feel like we are different are often times a great compliment to those around us, especially when applied to a team. Case in point: a few years ago three gals with different, interesting, and exciting personalities came together with one goal in mind and from that team, Smart Girls was born. That team has grown to include a community of thousands all over the world; pretty neat, huh?

It might not always be easy to work on a team. Not everyone will always get along, but from even those tough teamwork experiences often times comes great learning moments. When you face and solve a challenge that you’ve never seen before, it will be a lot less scary the second or third time around.

Today’s coloring activity features the original Smart Girls team and a small Smartie wearing a headset and calling the shots inside a control room. When you color this activity, who is on your team? What unique and special qualities do they bring to the table to compliment your strengths and your weaknesses? What goals are you working towards accomplishing? Once you start to think about these scenarios — whether they are in real life, at school or at work — hopefully you’ll realize the value of a strong team.

Who would you include on your dream team to take on life’s challenges, Smarties? Tell us in the comments section!
